DABB GENERALS DAY AGREEMENT
By participating in DABB Generals Day, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions from the moment of your initial audition. These terms may be updated and are not exhaustive.

General Rules and Expectation
Compliance with Rules and Guidelines:
Submission Letter: Follow all rules and guidelines provided in your submission letter, including deadlines and specific instructions for preparation.
Event Documentation: Read and understand all documentation related to the event, including schedules, dress codes, and any specific requirements.

Respect for Decisions:
Judging Process: Respect the decisions made by the panel during and after the event. Understand that these decisions are final.
Feedback: Accept feedback constructively and professionally, even if it is not as expected.

Attendance and Punctuality:
Auditions: Attend all scheduled auditions and ensure punctuality. Arrive at least 15 minutes early to prepare.
Meetings and Rehearsals: Participate in all required meetings and rehearsals. Notify us immediately if you have a scheduling conflict.
Event Day: Be present and fully engaged on the event day. Follow the event schedule and participate in all scheduled activities.

Notification of Absence:
Prompt Communication: If you cannot attend any part of the event, inform us as soon as possible. Provide a valid reason and any necessary documentation to support your absence.
Alternative Arrangements: Work with our team to make any necessary alternative arrangements if you are unable to attend.

Behaviour: Maintain a positive and respectful demeanor at all times. Avoid any behaviour that could be deemed unprofessional or disruptive.

Public Conduct: Represent DABBOfficial Limited positively in all related events, social media, and communications. Avoid actions or statements that could harm our reputation.
Confidentiality: Respect the confidentiality of any information shared during the event and do not disclose any details that are not publicly available.

Intentions and Opportunities:
Genuine Participation: Engage in the event with genuine interest in the opportunities presented. Do not participate if you do not intend to follow up on any potential opportunities that arise.
Ethical Conduct: Avoid any actions that may be perceived as opportunistic or insincere.

Reporting Issues:
Immediate Reporting: Report any issues or concerns related to the event, such as difficulties encountered during agent meetings or any other problems, directly to DABBOfficial Limited.
Resolution: Work with our team to address and resolve any issues promptly.

Authority and Compliance:
Enforcement: Any senior member of the DABBOfficial Limited team has the authority to withdraw any offer or involvement if these terms are violated or if your conduct poses a threat to the interests of DABBOfficial Limited.
Consequences: Violations may result in actions such as suspension, withdrawal of offers, or dismissal from the event or future involvement with DABBOfficial Limited.

DABB WEEKLY WORKSHOPS​​​
Terms and Conditions for DABB Weekly Workshops
1. Participation and Enrolment
1.1 By enrolling in the DABB Weekly Workshops, you agree to adhere to all terms and conditions outlined in this document.
1.2 Enrolment is subject to availability, and your place is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
1.3 You may book up to four weeks in advance for multiple sessions, subject to availability.

2. Payment, Refunds, and Credits
2.1 Each workshop session is priced at £25.
2.2 Payment must be made by the due date specified on your invoice. Failure to do so may result in your spot being offered to someone on the waiting list.
2.3 All payments are non-refundable, except under the following conditions:

If DABB cancels your originally scheduled workshop, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

If a rescheduled workshop falls during a period when DABB cancels, you will not be eligible for a refund, but you may reschedule again based on availability.

If DABB is unable to reschedule your original booking, and you are eligible for a refund, you will be offered a refund.
-
If you cancel more than 48 hours before your session due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), you may be eligible for a partial refund or credit towards a future workshop. Such refunds or credits are at DABB’s discretion and are not guaranteed.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
3.1 If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, depending on availability.
3.2 DABB reserves the right to cancel a workshop if necessary. In such cases, you will be offered a refund or the opportunity to reschedule.

4. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
4.1 All materials provided during the workshops are for your personal use only and must not be distributed or shared without prior permission from DABB.
4.2 Any work produced during the workshops remains the intellectual property of DABB, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Photo and Video Consent
5.1 By participating in the workshops, you consent to the photographing and filming of sessions. These images and videos may be used for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and print advertising.
5.2 You will not receive any compensation for the use of these images and videos.
6. Health and Safety
6.1 You are responsible for your own health and safety during the workshops. Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements in advance.
6.2 DABB is not liable for any injuries or health issues that may arise during your participation in the workshops.
7. Conduct and Behavior
7.1 Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.
7.2 DABB reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who does not comply with workshop guidelines.
8. Liability
8.1 DABB is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during the workshops.
8.2 Our liability for any claims arising out of or in connection with the workshops is limited to the amount paid for the specific session in which the issue occurred.
9. Governing Law
